Child Policy:

• The child will share with Parents. If extra bed require, the price will be changed.
• A child taller than 1.1 meters will be charged full price, a child smaller than 1.1 meters will be charged 75% of the adult price.
• Child prices only apply if there are 2 adults. In the case of 1 adult and 1 child, you will need to book for 2 adults.

General Terms & Conditions:

• Price based on twin share basis so minimum 2 person travel together.
• Above Price Calculated Based on 45 Days Advanced Purchase. But you can book any time depends on availability.
• The host party has the right to change the all Hotels, Restaurants, Flights and Itinerary without notice in same category.
• For single person need 25% extra of total cost.
• Wheelchair doesn’t accessible during the Tour. Only in Airport departure & arrival it can be provided on request.
• We shall have no legal liability for any loss, damage, personal injury arising directly or indirectly from any aspect of your Holiday.
• Journey undertaken by air, land or sea is governed by the terms and conditions of the service provider.
• Above rates quoted based on the group size and should the no of person decrease, we have the right to revise the holiday rate without prior notice.
• Showing around all the places mentioned in our holidays depend upon the availability of time and climatic conditions.
• Request to you to be punctual for all tours and transfers. Maximum waiting time shall be 05 minutes for SIC and 10 minutes for Private.
• The guest booking our services is expected to provide a valid identity authenticating the person and you shall not make a reservation in a fictitious name.
• All the hotels have been given as per your budget; kindly visit their respective websites for better understanding before confirming.
• City tax fee City / Resort Fees / Tourist taxes is not included in the holiday which is directly paid to the hotel by customer.
• It is the responsibility of the guest to carry all necessary travel documents such as accommodation voucher / confirmation, passport, other valid identity proof, flight/air tickets etc.
• In the unfortunate event of vehicle breakdown, we will provide you alternate vehicle. However, the time loss due to event will not be compensated.
• Additional cost applicable for late night transfer (Airport transfer or any kind of transfer).
• We do not hold any responsibility for additional cost or adjustment which may arise as a result of events beyond our control, such as technical problems with means of transportation, changes imposed by re-scheduling or cancellation of flights by an airline/train, political disturbances, road blockage, natural disasters, bad weather or terrorist activity etc. Also, any subsequent increase in the cost, which may arise from the increase of fuel price, Govt. taxes or accommodation charges, shall have to be charged additionally (to be borne by the clients, which is directly payable on the spot).
• If the guest wishes to change itinerary or places after booking of holiday, you are required to pay the price difference.
• Strictly NO Refund for un-utilized services once booking made confirmed.
• No amendment (name changes, date changes, hotel change etc.) will be done once the booking is guaranteed.
• Maximum waiting time at the airport shall be 80 minutes from the touchdown of the flight. If the customer is delayed then from for 1 hour an extra amount will be charged.
• For any amendment requests in the Itinerary, please advise our transport manager at least 72 hours in advance and the request shall be subject to availability.
• This Price not valid for Eid Time, Christmas Time, Puja Time, Blackout period 15th December to 15th January New Year, any Special Holiday.
• Sometimes due to unforeseen situations need may arise for us to make slight changes to tour itinerary; guests are requested to cooperate with us.
• Holiday rates are valid as per the above mentioned validity dates and for the room category specified. Should the period of stay or room type change, above rates will not be valid.
• The final pricing will be applicable, based on the rate of exchange (ROE) valid at the time of confirmation of the booking. This price is based on the current rate of exchange.
• Covering of mentioned sightseeing places depends on time you take per places; we are not responsible for not covering of mentioned places within specific days limit.
• Tour confirmation voucher will provide 3 days before travel date.

Date Change:

• Date Change only can possible 30 days before travel date (Date Change fee Applicable).

Hotel Terms & Condition:

• Hotel standard Check-In / Check-out time 14:00 hrs. and 11:00 hrs. Respectively.
• Hotel room early checks in & late checkout depends on availability.
• Hotel booking is Non-Refundable and cannot be amended guest name or modified. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No- Show and no refund will be given.
• In the unlikely event of reserved accommodation not available for you upon arrival at your destination, we would immediately arrange for an alternate accommodation of the same standards.
• Inter connecting rooms/Adjacent rooms/Rooms on same floor /Rooms near to each other are strictly subject to availability.
• The guests are requested to follow the rules and regulations of the resort / hotel where they are accommodated.
• You can extend your stay in each city; we will keep the discount hotel rate for you for the extended days.

Airlines Rules:

• Economy class air tickets are Non-Refundable, non-cancellable, non-re-routable and cannot be amended guest name or modified, you can change date. In that case, date change fee and difference of fare applicable. Guest must pay additional cost based on his/her expected travel date.
• In case of any immigration/Visa complications, the cancellation policy shall be applicable in full Airfares (In case of inclusion of airfares with holiday) are subject to vary anytime also a matter of availability.

Payment Policy:

• Advance 75% Booking Money. Rest 25% will be paid must 20 days before travel date.

Payment Method:

• You can Deposit of Our Official Bank Account, Cash, Cheque and Mobile Finance.
• We also provide a monthly installment EMI option for all of our services using your credit card, if you do not want to pay upfront!
• We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, bKash, iPay, Upay, OK wallet, Nagad, DBBL Mobile Banking and PayPal.

Cancellation Policy:

• Booking is Non-Refundable and cannot be amended guest name or modified.
• All services such as airline seats/ hotel accommodation/ground transportation for group tours are pre-blocked well in advance. We are liable to pay penalties to all our suppliers/vendors. If these services are released within the below mentioned time frame. Clients are requested to read the above before confirming the tour.
• Shorter-stays than the booked stay and early check-out will be regarded as cancellation and hence no refund will be provided.
• The booking amount of is non – refundable interest free booking deposit which shall stand forfeited in the event of cancellation of package tour by guest under any circumstances. The following cancellation charges will be applicable over & above the booking deposit if any passengers cancel the tour because of any reason including rejection of visa.
• 45 – 39 days or more prior to the departure of the Tour 50% of the tour Land cost.
• 40 – 30 Days prior to the departure of the tour 75% of the tour Land cost.
• 20 – 29 days prior to the dept. of the tour 100% of the tour Land cost.

Special Note:

• This Package is Design with economy class airfare (Depends on availability).
• Air Ticket/Cruise/Ship/Train/Bus/Any Transport Ticket or, any ticket not mentioned in above has to issue Minimum 30 days before departure.
• The host party reserves the right to change the order of excursions while observing the tour program. The prices can be changed; the final cost of the tour will be indicated upon confirmation of all services.
• No booking has been made yet; all reservation seats & airfare are subject to availability on booking time.
